In home sessions are a great way to get specific help and advice for the areas you are struggling or wanting to see progress. Because the session is all about you, the information is tailored to your situation and ensures that you receive the techniques and information that you need.
If there is specific areas that you are struggling in with your dog, then group classes may not always be the best option.
During an In home session we can take the time to discuss what behaviours your are wanting to see progress in and what areas you are struggling with. We then give you the techniques and information that will work for your situation and your dog. We use this time to help you practice techniques and demonstrate any changes needed, so that you are confident to continue working with your dog after the session. Every case is different, so how many sessions you need often depends on how what your goals are. But for most people 1 -2 sessions is all that is needed to get back on the right track. Once your main issues are resolved, group classes can be a great option if you are wanting to keep making progress in everyday life with your dog.
It is important to realise that In Home sessions require you to do the homework given to you during the session if you want to see progress.
