Limitless K9 will exercise all necessary and proper care and precautions to keep all dogs safe during Homestay, Stay and Train and Pack Walks in order to prevent injury to any person, property, dog or person. However, because dogs are animals and may be unpredictable, Limitless K9 cannot protect against every potential injury, risk or accident. I hereby agree that Limitless K9 is not liable for any costs associated with damage, loss, or injury, caused by my dog or to my dog while it is in the care of Limitless K9. I understand the risks associated with Homestay, Stay and Train and Pack Walks and situations that may be encountered. I consent to photos and videos of my dog being taken while they are in the care of Limitless K9 and understand that all footage taken is owned solely by Limitless K9 and can be used in advertising and promotional materials. I consent to Limitless K9 entering my property for the purpose of picking up and dropping off my dog for Homestay, Stay and Train and to them removing my dog from the property for the duration of this stay. I agree that I am the owner, or have permission to act on behalf of the owner, of the dog named Above. By checking this box I am agreeing to all of the above statements *
